Wyclef Responds to Criticisms.
Here is a video of Wyclef responding to the recent criticisms concerning his organization Yele Haiti. The criticisms stemmed from reports that yele Haiti had misappropriated donated money.

HAITI has been “blacklisted” from the international society since gaining it’s independence from France. These countries do no want to see an independent former “Colony” consisting of the descendents of African slaves, flourish. Haiti has been bogged down by international and domestic debt. The majority of this financial crisis is the result of “reparations” paid to France until 1922 that the country never recovered from.Any attempt to aid Haiti independent from specific “countries”who would like vested interest in Haiti, are under negative scrutiny and the rumor mill. We urge Yele and independent NGO’s to continue with their humanitarian efforts and rest assure that the African Diaspora stand with you.
