Obama Swahili Poster.

By public demand.. Yes we going in!
We have been getting a lot of request to translate Obama’s message to Swahili, which happens to be one of the languages his father spoke.
So here it is ladies and gents, we used Christopher Cox’s famed poster and customized it to read “Yes We Can”
In Kiswahili, we also tweaked the Obama rising “O” with Kenya’s National colors to show our support for
our galant Son!

Hongera for such a creative idea. However, your Kiswahili is limited, just like 90% of Kenyans. I would be embarrassed wearing this T-Shirt. You must be confused with those two Kiswahili words; Ndio and Ndiyo. Ndio, means yes but Ndiyo, means “it is…” Please consult some one who speaks perfect Kiswahili before you print more posters. I’m sure that you can find some Nyanzans born or raised in Mombasa, right in Kisumu or Nairobi.

    Mr Kombo

With all the perfect Kiswahili you speak, what have you
done with it?????I am sick and tired of people who are
always first to comment on small details, that are actually
    very useless.Ndiyo or Not…WE CAN!!!
And just to inform you, it is Nyanza born NOT “Nyanzans born”!!

  3. This is a good step to save paper. And will save the rain forests in Indonesia. Moreover, this will reduce the burden on the back of elementary school students. Of course this will make the traditional printing companies and governments in the third world into a panic because of their unpreparedness of information technology. . .

  4. Though I would’ve loved it much more if you added a relevant video or at least pictures to back up the explanation, I still thought that your write-up quite helpful. It’s usually hard to make a complicated matter seem very easy. I enjoy your weblog and will sign up to your feed so I will not miss anything. Fantastic content
